Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-11-03
1. The service
SoloIP provides you a proxy service through a dedicated IP address that is used by you alone. You get a subscription link for proxy apps. You never get a login to the server itself (no SSH, no root, no control panel).
2. Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email address. Keep your email account and your subscription link private: anyone with the link can use your IPs. You can reset the link at any time on My account; the old link stops working at once.
3. Payment
Prices are in USDT. You can pay with USDT on TRON (TRC20), USDT on Arbitrum One, or native USDC on Arbitrum One; 1 USDC counts as 1 USDT. Each order has its own exact amount, which is how we recognise your payment, so pay that amount exactly.
An order is valid for 30 minutes. If the exact amount arrives within 24 hours after that, we still fulfil the order.
A payment with a different amount, on another network (including Ethereum mainnet) or in another token (including USDC.e) cannot be matched automatically. Contact us and we will handle it by hand. Network fees are yours to pay.
4. Term, renewal and expiry
One month is 30 days. Renewing adds the new period to the current expiry date.
When a period ends the IP stops working and is kept for 3 days. Renewing during those 3 days restores it with the same IP. After that the server is deleted and the IP is gone for good.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use the service for: sending spam or bulk email; port scanning, attacks or unauthorised access; fraud, phishing or malware; infringing copyright, including BitTorrent downloads; or anything illegal where you or the server are.
Outbound port 25 and BitTorrent are blocked on every server.
6. Suspension
If we receive a credible abuse report or see prohibited use, we may suspend or end your service without notice and without a refund.
7. Where the service is offered
The service is not offered in mainland China or in countries under comprehensive sanctions (currently North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Russia, Belarus and Syria). You are responsible for following the laws of the place where you use the service.
8. Refunds
If a server cannot be set up after a confirmed payment, we refund the full amount in the token you paid with. Otherwise payments are not refunded once the service has started.
9. No guarantee
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee that it is always available, that any particular website accepts the IP, or that it works on every network. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes are announced by email before they take effect.
