What we collect

Your email address. For each payment: the transaction ID, the sending wallet address and the amount, as recorded on the public blockchain. For each server: its IP address, location and dates.

We do not ask for your name, address or phone number.

What we do not collect

We do not log which websites you visit or what passes through your server. Access logging is switched off on every server.

Why

To sign you in, match payments to orders, run and renew your servers, send renewal reminders, handle abuse reports, and keep the service secure (for example rate limits against abuse).

Who processes it

Cloudflare (website, database), Vultr (servers), Resend (email), TronGrid and Alchemy (reading the blockchains). Each receives only what it needs for its part. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and a cookie that remembers the language you picked. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Account data for as long as you have an account. Payment and order records as long as accounting and tax law require. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes.
